Practical Legal Solutions
Most people don't consult attorneys because of happy events. They seek legal counsel because of a problem or because they want to plan to minimize a problem. I understand that what you want is a solution to your legal problem. I do not believe in prolonging a client's case for the purpose of billing the file. I believe that most, but not all, cases should be settled because the solution crafted by the parties is generally better than the solution imposed by the court after a trial.

Our Team
Cortney Morgan
Cortney graduated magna cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. She also holds an undergraduate degree in International Studies from American University.
She has been a practicing attorney since 2003, and, from 2013- 2015 served as a Magistrate in the Stark County Court of Common Pleas General Division.
JEREMY DAY, Legal Assistant
Jeremy has worked in the legal field for 18 years. As the paralegal and office manager, Jeremy works with Cortney to ensure clients get the services they need.
