Practical Legal Solutions
Most people don't consult attorneys because of happy events. They seek legal counsel because of a problem or because they want to plan to minimize a problem. I understand that what you want is a solution. I do not believe in prolonging a client's case for the purpose of billing the file. I believe that most, but not all, cases should be settled because the solution crafted by the parties is generally better than the solution imposed by the court after a trial.
